Patti, you were a dear friend, second mom, and nana to us. We will miss you every day. I will think of you every time I pinch Lilly’s chubby legs, or bribe the kids with cookies for a mooch. I keep trying to remember what you and dad always taught us; we may not have much but we will always have eachother and that will get us through anything. I love you so much. I promise to help take care of dad, the girls, and Elijah.

Mark,Kids and Friends
My heartfelt love and sorrow goes out for all of you. For Patti as a wife, mother, “adopted mother: and “Nana”, I have never met a person who could ever compare with her love of life, laughter and generosity of her whole soul. As Katie’s mom, I lways knew Patti was there for support when I needed help for my daughter – moving North, when Matt was born; Patti never ever held back, but loved her as her own. It was always a given whenever Katie said “Dad and Patti are coming”, our family jumped at the chance to be included for we all loved being around her so very much, and will always remember her as a most very special lady. I know all your hearts are aching, but Patti will live on through all those who new her, sharing stories of love and laughter. From one mother to another, I loved her and will miss her terribly.
Love to you all, Diana (Katie’s Mom)

I am so so very sorry for what you are feeling right now. No words in the whole world could possibly take away even the smallest part of your pain. Although I had only spoke with your mother a few times at softball games, it was so clear how much she loved you, and was so proud of you. Hold all of those memories dear in your heart, and they will keep you strong…. Please let us know if there is anything at all we can do for you. Mark, we are so deeply saddened to hear of Patti’s passing. You both were like two peas in a pod. She was a delightful and caring person and I enjoyed her so much when you both were working for us-which goes back to 1990. Our prayers and sympathies go to you and your family. I am sorry we cannot come to the calling and funeral. We will be out-of-town until Monday. We will be giving a donation to your Children’s fund at National City Bank. Our hearts go out to you and your family
Maria Tinangon says
n++As I think of Patti, the most I remember her was the night before Jordan would come home from Denver Rehabilitation Hospital. She was painting the walls and ceilings of Corina and Marc’s house, the night before Jordan, her nephew, came home after a four months absence.
I watched her work relentlessly and without any breaks that night, just so Jordan, after his ordeal, could come home to a freshly painted bedroom and home. That was just the way she was. Always taken care of others, nothing was too much, she just got things done.
To her husband Mark, all her children, and her brothers Marc and Dean: Nick and I mourn with you, the loss of Patti, your wife, mother, and sister.
Maria Tinangon (Marc’s mother in law)

I’m so sorry for your loss.
Whether hanging on the fence line during a game, coaching against you guys or working on a project at the ballpark, I always enjoyed being around Patti. She was full of energy, a lot of fun and always told you what was on her mind. I very much admired that about her

Linder Family,
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this trial. I remember staying the night with Miranda and always hearing Patti laugh. Some how she managed to laugh when she had three or four 16 year old girls at her house! She was always nice to me and we always had Doritos and Sour Cream! Miranda, I know we haven’t spoken in awhile, but I hope you know that my thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. I wish you all the best, and hope that in time, the wounds will heal and you will all smile and laugh when you are remembering Patti’s life here.
All My Prayers,
Amber

I want to say no matter how loud we got at the kitchen table sitting around all night remembering the, Olden Days, having a drink, Patti would just say ok Larry time to quiet down. I can still hear you as we sit at the table talking of you and your kind but stern words. I will miss you dearly.

Mark, Elijah, Torey and all the family. Patti was like a sister to me instead of a sister in law. She was a ONE of a kind and the mold was broke when she was born. I Loved you Patti from the first time I met your beautiful smile and your wonderful character. You stepped in when I could not be there and you, my sister took care of Mother for me. I want to say Thank you and I know your crown is full of God’s Jewels as you have entered the Gates of Heaven. I Love you. Make your Mother Proud Torey & Elijah she is beside of you every step of the way.
Love Aunt Charla
Modesty Kiley Linder says
Nana-
You were my mother after mom passed, almost 11 years ago. You opened your heart to my sister’s and I and loved us as your own. After mom passed you took us under your wing to help us through the toughest part of a our lives.
You made my father very happy and you and he were always smiling when you were together. You helped my parents communicate when they “hated” each other after their divorce and eventually made us all one big happy family. I am sure dad would agree with that.
I hate to see dad, Elijah and Torey go through this, but since Mary and I have “been there” we can help all 3 of them through this the best way possible.
I guess what I am trying to say is I love you very much and I am always going to miss you. I know you are around us all in one way or another guiding us into our journey of life and for that I am thankful…
